So she begins to use this talent to break parents' TV set when they don't allow her to read, to play jokes on her cruel head mistress, and to protect her dear Ms. Honey.  The end of the film is a happy one, because Matilda's parents leave a home town and Ms. Honey adopts the girl. No matter how old you may be, you will love the film, you will laugh and worry together with the characters of this incredibly superb young girls movie.

Mulan is another lovely animated feature film about a brave Chinese girl Mulan. There is an invasion against China and each family should give one warrior to protect the country. Mulan's father is old and he simply won't survive in the war, so Mulan cuts off her hair and is going to become a warrior. There is a long way to go before she becomes a really great solder, before she rescues her troop and captain and before they find out that she is a young girl. There is a long story to cover before Mulan helps win the war and saves the emperor, before she returns home and gets married. The movie is magnificent. The one who has seen Mulan will never forget it.

Hallmark Christmas Movies on TV - Grab a Hanky!

Over the years Hallmark Hall of Fame has produced over 200 movies for TV. Many of these films are quite sentimental so be sure to have a box of tissues nearby!

Two of the most popular Hallmark Movies feature Christmas stories based upon the books by Richard Paul Evans.

The Christmas Box, from 1995, was the first of two films. Richard Thomas, whose most famous role was as Johnboy on the Waltons TV series, plays the lead character. He's an overworked Dad who reluctantly moves his family into a cold mansion owned by the cranky old widow Mary. Event though his wife seems to enjoy living there, he suffers from recurring dreams about the mansion being haunted and a strange box. Finally when Mary shares the story of the Christmas box the family comes together to appreciate the meaning of Christmas.

Hallmark Christmas Movies on TV - Grab a Hanky!

The next year Hallmark released The Timepiece, which goes back in time to show the background of the widow Mary Parkin and her family. This film stars Naomi Watts, Ellen Burstyn and James Earl Jones.

The Timepiece has a darker tone, from both the story and the time period, the end of World War II. It tells the tale of how David Parkin meets and falls in love with Mary. Eventhough she is pregnant and unmarried, David marries her and they raise her daughter as their own. Together they face difficult and tragic events as they try to build a life together.

While they are a bit predictable, Hallmark movies The Christmas Box and The Timepiece are good movie watching during the holiday season.

No matter where you live, no matter whom you believe you are about the face the END!

Mayans calendar explained that the earth has reached 26,000 revolutions around the sun. On the other side, Leonardo Da Vinci's Last supper, predicted that a new planet is about to come. The comeback of Judas Iscariot the 13th planet! This is therefore represented by planet x or planet Nebiru which is expected to hit the earth on 2012. Will these predictions come into reality, or just an Imaginative thinking from scientists and other knowledgeable individuals? Whatever you think about it, the movie 2012 will surely grab your attention. Could previous civilizations predict what will happen NEXT?

That was November 13 when I first witnessed the actual movie on silver screen. The story is about the upcoming doomsday which is 2012. It was explained by the Mayans calendar. According to scientists, the upcoming planet Nebiru is nearly approaching. And that was the time when earthquakes, floods, hurricanes and other disasters crushed the whole world. Even religious structures have been devastated and nothing remains. People from all over the world were trying to do everything to save their selves and their relatives. But then, doomsday is doomsday and almost 80 percent of creatures have been lost.

The movie 2012 is really disastrous and emotional. When I was watching, the tears flowed in my eyes. I don't know what the reason is but it's very obvious. Movie Review of "2016: Obama's America"

Earlier this week I decided to go see "2016: Obama's America," a film created by a conservative author named Dinesh D'Souza. D'Souza tries to explain Barack Obama's actions by claiming that he is an anti-colonialist and explains his argument by attempting to connect his political views to the views of his father.

D'Souza creates an interesting and well thought out theory about Obama inheriting anti-colonialist beliefs from his father. The only problem with his logic is that Barack Obama met his father one time, when he was 10 years old. It's a bit hard to imagine that the visit between the two really shaped his political views, so D'Souza brings in a psychologist who explains that if a mother chooses so, an absent father's beliefs are upheld in the household and this is how Obama inherited his political beliefs. He uses this theory to explain certain decisions that D'Souza feels are anti-American and sympathetic to other third world nations. The examples he uses are not credible and are mostly opinion, such as the assertion that Obama wants to return control of the Falkland Islands to Argentina from the United Kingdom (he doesn't, he is neutral).

He also seems to play to the belief that Obama is a Muslim, which is a belief that is shared by a shocking amount of Americans by claiming that he is sympathetic to Middle Eastern countries. Does this make much sense? I was under the assumption that he ordered the Osama bin Laden raid without the knowledge of the Pakistani government. That he has used drone strikes in Pakistan and Yemen to kill Muslim jihadists and has lost popularity in both of those countries because of this. This assertion is false no matter how you look at it.

Movie Review of "2016: Obama's America"

The only claim that D'Souza made that can gain any traction is Obama's shady connections to people such as Bill Ayers, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Roberto Unger, and most interestingly Frank Marshall Davis. Frank Marshall Davis was Barack Obama's mentor from his boyhood and into his teen years. Davis was a card-carrying member of the Communist party and a Soviet sympathizer. Many accounts seem to point that Davis was a father like figure to Obama and that the two were very close. If I were D'Souza I would have made this claim and ran with it, instead he did not focus on the impact that Frank Marshall Davis had on Barack Obama nearly as much as he should have.

D'Souza either did not do his homework or decided to essentially lie to his audience about most of his claims, many of them being baseless and greatly exaggerated. A lot can be said about Barack Obama but it D'Souza missed almost all the right points to touch upon. If he wants to get his pass his political agenda to any critical thinking human being he is going to want to refurbish his assertions and focus more on the figures that actually influenced him, not the beliefs of an absent father. Anyone can make a theory about why things are the way they are and most are dead wrong, D'Souza should have called it quits once he found himself lying and stretching the truth to his audience. The only way a plausible theory should be published is if all the facts and assertions line up in near perfect alignment. My advice to D'Souza is to go back to the drawing board because your theory is clearly wrong.
